Whomever is the most experienced and knowledgable about forklifts and forklift safety should be guiding your certificartion process. 

 

WHICH IS BETTER ON SITE AT DISCOUNT FORKLIFT OR A PACKAGE TO CERTIFY?

You can do either, most prefer to buy the kit and do a training at their own business, this ensures that operators know how to navigate the actual forklifts they will be using as well as in the spaces they will be navigating. It also allows you to incorporate any policies and regulations that your company may have.
